Animal/Cattle Feed

Peanut Hay Pellets :

Peanut Hay Pellets are produced from Sun Cured Peanut Hay of Indian Origin. The Hay is passed through a Complex Process of Production, wherein required Steam and Cooking of the Hay is done. Removal of Toxic and Hazardous Contents is done to maximum extent.

Soybean Meal:

Soybean meal is used in food and animal feeds, principally as a protein supplement, but also as a source of metabolizable energy. The soybean meal is produced from the residue left after oil extraction. This product is often fed as a protein supplement for domestic ruminants. A highly palatable feedstuff, soybean meal is characterised by a high protein content (from 43 to 53%) and a low crude fibre content (less than 3% for the dehulled soybean meals). It has a very good amino acid balance and contains high amounts of lysine, tryptophane, threonine and isoleucine, which are often lacking in cereal grains. Amino acid digestibility is also very high.

Wheat Bran:

Wheat bran is recognized for its nutritional properties where it has a high energy and protein value, low fat, and lignin values. It is also an important source of minerals and vitamins for animals. In ruminants, wheat bran is a feed with good digestibility and nutrient.

We specialize in providing our clients an extensive range of Wheat Bran and Wheat Bran Pellets. It is acknowledged by our valued patrons for its rich nutritional value and hygienic processing using good quality ingredients. Several sanctuaries, zoos and organizations working to preserve & conserve wild life regularly place orders of Wheat Bran and Pelleted Wheat Bran with us. Their faith results from the effectiveness, impeccable quality and reasonable pricing of our product range.

Rice-Gluten : Rice Gluten Meal is a by-product of rice starch processing. It is the dried residue from rice after the removal of starch, and separation of the bran by the process employed in the wet milling manufacture of rice starch or syrup or glucose. Rice Gluten Mealis an excellent product for Livestock Feed as it helps in reducing ration cost by replacing portions of expensive Soybean DOC, Maize Gluten and di-calcium phosphate.

It is considered to be very good option for Livestock, poultry or even aquatic animals that are allergic to corn or wheat. It is a non-volatile powder in granular form and is an excellent source of highly digestible protein. Rice Gluten Mealis an unconventional product that has good amino acid profile, added vitamins and high protein content. The following mentioned benefits of Rice Gluten Meal has made this product most ideal feed ingredient to be used in poultry, cattle and even aqua feed.

Corn DDGS: Corn Distiller’s Dried Grains with Soluble (DDGS) is the dried residue remaining after the starch fraction of maize is fermented with yeasts to produce ethanol. Following fermentation, the ethanol is removed by distillation and the remaining fermentation residues are dried.

Corn DDGS is valuable feed ingredients, rich in protein, moderately rich in fat and can be fed to all classes of livestock as it contains approximately 85% of the energy value in corn.

Maize Fiber: Maize fiber is a mixture of the seed coat and remaining endosperm of the kernel after the extraction of the starch, gluten and germ. The fiber produced from the corn wet milling process is somewhat more digestible than in the dry form.Corn enriched fiber is the pericarp of the maize grain, it is yellow to light brown colored odorless fiber and free from harmful constituents and rancidity.

Maize fiber is a good source of energy for cattle & poultry as it contains the essential amino acids and vitamins. It is easily digestible & prevents acidosis. It is economically beneficial to the farmer and positive result can be seen in very short period of time.

Mustard DOC- Rapeseed Meal: Rapeseed meal is a high protein-containing material that can be used as a feed for livestock and poultry. Typical meal contains a little less than 40% of protein; however it also contains about 12% crude fiber and glucosinolates, specific components ofCruciferae plants. Thus it is not very popular as a protein component of high quality feed mixtures for animals, and is used mostly in ruminant feeding. The protein value of rapeseed meal is higher than that of the majority of other vegetable proteins containing both lysine and sulphur amino acids. The amino acids of isolated rapeseed protein have been shown to be similar in composition to those of soybean protein, and present in higher concentrations.

Rapeseed meal, in comparison with other vegetable oil seed meals, has a relatively high content of crude fiber, lowering its value as a feed component for nonruminants and especially for poultry. The amounts of minerals Ca and P of the vitamin niacin and of choline are rather high, exceeding the amounts of these components in other valuable oil meals, i.e., soybean or sunflower.

Roasted Guar Korma: Roasted Guar Korma is processed with utmost hygiene to maintain the palatability & digestibility. Sterilization & Roasting are the key factor while processing this product. The Roasted Guar korma is free of anti-nutritive elements, and is a trypsin inhibitor.

Guar korma is heated at nominal temperature which breaks the cell walls and enhances the amino acids digestibility in the product. The roasted guar Korma is refined further in gravity separator to remove burnt and cellulose parts. Roasted Guar Korma is available in granular form.

DE OILED CAKE (D.O.C)-CASTOR MEAL:

Castor meal is also variously called castor meal, castor residue, castor extract & de-oiled castor cake.

Castor meal – The residue obtained from castor cake by the solvent extraction process – is one of the most versatile natural manures. It is truly organic manure which enhances the fertility of the soil without causing any damage or decay. It is enriched with the three big elements vital and conducive to the proper growth of crops – Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. It also has traces of nutrients like Manganese, Zinc and Copper, thus making it a balanced fertilizer. Moreover, it helps to neutralize the detrimental effects of chemical fertilizers. Apart from their contribution to Nutrients, they have several benefits in agriculture, which none of the synthetic fertilizers or pesticides can offer. They bring in the wonderful molecules that nature has designed to help the plants flourish naturally. They provide slow and steady nourishment, stimulation, protection from soil nematodes and insects; improve yields, and quality of product like taste, flavour, amino acid composition etc.

The pressed cake obtained after the expression of castor bean. The solvent extracted cake, although rich in protein cannot be used as cattle fodder because of its toxicity. However, it can be used as a fertilizer.

HIGH PROTEIN CASTOR MEAL (N8):

Due to the high content of nitrogen, phosphoric acid and potash and moisture retention- High Protein Castor De Oiled Cake is an excellent fertilizer and a very common organic fertilizer that is used to substitute chemical fertilizers. It is simple manure, which gradually acts to promote the microbial activity of the soil.

High Protein Castor Meal creates the best molecules that are naturally developed to help the plants expand. They provide slow and steady nutrition, relaxation, protection from soil nematodes, and the insects improve the product’s yields and quality.
