Icing Sugar:

It is also the preferred sugar for things like whipped cream.
Liquid Glucose:
Liquid Glucose or Corn Syrup is a purified aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides obtained from starch. Hygienically processed and packed, the liquid glucose quality tested on well-defined parameters before being delivered to the worldwide markets.
Liquid Glucose is one of the popular food additives and ingredients in most countries. Corn Syrup or liquid glucose is made from high-quality corn starch by subjecting starch to high temperature in the presence of acids under strict quality control. A series of two enzymatic reactions are used to convert the cornstarch to corn syrup. Its major uses in commercially-prepared foods are as a thickener and sweetener. It has moisture-retaining (humectant) properties, which keep foods moist and help to maintain freshness.
Invert Sugar : Invert sugar syrup is an edible mixture of two simple sugars. It is thought to be sweeter than table sugar, and foods that contain it retain moisture better and crystallize less easily. This product is light amber colored and has a clean sweet flavor with light buttery and honey flavor notes. It is made from the enzymatic treatment of sugar using GMO free natural enzymes which is filtered and concentrated to heavy syrup.

High Maltose Syrup :
High Maltose syrup is used as sweetener in various food products. High maltose syrup is less sweet then high fructose syrup and contains no fructose. It has adequate sweetness and is used as a sweetener in commercial production of food products. It replaces glucose syrup in various applications due to its unique functional properties. High maltose syrup also preserves food by inhibiting bacterial growth.
